MadShoes Outlet is an independent sportswear retailer in Madison, Wisconsin, offering authentic athletic footwear, apparel and accessories at competitive outlet prices. Our mission is to make premium sportswear more affordable.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Under Armour or the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Brand and team names describe the products and their markings. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Regular store shipping

Ships within 2 business days. Standard US shipping is free. USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days after shipping within the contiguous US. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Faster domestic shipping and international shipping are paid separately when a service is available. Available services, charges, and any carrier delivery estimates are shown before payment. A carrier estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will promptly refund the full amount paid for that order, including any shipping and applicable tax.

Madison pickup

Pickup is free at 142 W Johnson St, Madison, WI 53703, by arrangement. Wait for your pickup-ready email, then reply to arrange a time. Shipping charges do not apply to pickup orders.

30-day voluntary returns

You may request a voluntary return within 30 days after delivery or pickup. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The buyer pays return postage. Contact [email protected] with your order number before returning an item, so we can arrange the return and provide instructions.

For a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. We handle these cases separately from voluntary returns and arrange an appropriate resolution. The voluntary-return postage rule does not determine the resolution for these cases.

Cancellations & refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation depends on whether fulfillment has started. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your bank may take additional time to post the credit. A partial return may result in a partial refund. This voluntary return policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Privacy & payment

Guest checkout collects the contact, delivery, and order information needed to process your purchase and provide order updates. We do not create customer accounts. Stripe handles card and wallet payments; the store does not receive or store raw card numbers or security codes.

Order information is stored on the store’s server and shared with payment, email, and delivery providers as needed to process and fulfill the order. Order links contain a private access token. Keep these links private; an order number alone cannot be used to view customer information.

The store uses a local basket, essential session cookies, and first-party partner referral cookies. Partner referral attribution lasts up to 30 days. We do not sell customer information. To ask about your order or information, contact [email protected].

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to the public store, including pages viewed, browser and device information, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga, which we limit to six months. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. We exclude private order links, partner pages and admin activity, and do not send customer contact details to Analytics.
